April 8: Establishing Your Spiritual Practice and Energy Foundations
Hour One:
- 10 min: Setting Intentions
Begin by setting clear intentions for the session to align your energy and focus. - 20 min: Foundational Meditation
Grounding and running energy to prepare for spiritual work, helping you connect with your higher self. - 30 min: Discover Your Spiritual Team
Discover and connect with your personal spiritual team. Identify your guardians, guides, marias, angels, and Ascended Masters who will assist you in creating a supportive container for your 1-on-1 sessions and classroom energy. Learn how they help you channel your authentic voice and higher self.
Hour Two:
- 20 min: Setting Up Your Unique Space for Practice
Step-by-step guidance on creating a sacred space for your spiritual sessions, classes, and speaking engagements. This ritual will become a key part of your practice moving forward. - 30 min: Energy Check Practice
Learn and practice energy checks—how to read someone's energy by observing their field. The theme for these checks will evolve in each session, allowing you to deepen your ability to sense and interpret energy.
April 22: Creative Process and Class Creation
Hour One:

Center yourself and set clear intentions for your work in this session. - 20 min: Foundational Meditation
Ground and run energy, preparing for creativity and class development. - 30 min: Setting Your Unique Creative Space Ritual:
Continue to develop a ritual to establish your creative space before prior to creating each class. This is a ritual that will ground and energize you for the creative process. - Exploring Your Teaching Journey
Dive into what you are teaching or want to teach. Discover the creative process behind class creation and how to approach curriculum design intuitively. I’ll share how I create curriculums and help you bring your energy into whatever you're creating. This is your time to create and write down your class ideas.Continue to develop a ritual to establish your creative space before each class or session. This is a ritual that will ground and energize you for the creative process.
Hour Two:
- 30 min: Practicing Class Creation in Groups
Break into small groups and teach for 10 minutes on one aspect of the topic you explored. If you’re not yet clear on a specific structure, focus on grounding, explode roses or golden sun related to topic. - 10-20 min: Practice Readings or Energy Checks

Hour One:

Develop your unique space and creative ritual. Reflect on how you got into this work and your personal story. Writing your story helps clarify the narrative you want to share with others.
We’ll explore the importance of storytelling in marketing yourself and your offerings. Learn how to craft a compelling story to connect with your audience and promote your classes.
Hour Two:
- 30 min: Sharing Your Story
Share your story with small group, receive feedback, and refine your narrative with guidance from peers and instructor - if want. - 20 min: Practice Readings
Practice energy checks with a focus on creating or sharing your personal story.
May 20: Deepening Your Teaching and Class Development
Hour One:
- 10 min: Setting Intentions
Begin with intentions to clarify your teaching goals. - 20 min: Foundational Meditation
Ground, center head, running energy to prepare for class work. - 30 min: Creative Process and Class Evolution
Work with the energy of your current class or teaching offering. Explore how to develop it further and align it with you in present time. Learn how to work the energy of your class as it evolves. What is in it? Ex: Resistance? Why? what do you really want or not want? Who do you want to teach? How many?
Hour Two:
- 30 min: Practice Teaching
Teach a 10-minute segment of one aspect of your class, using your unique space ritual to center yourself. - 20 min: Practice Readings or Energy Checks
May 27: Storytelling, Marketing, and Final Readings
Hour One:
- 10 min: Setting Intentions
Focus on your goals for the session, grounding and clarifying your intention. - 20 min: Foundational Meditation
A meditation to ground, run energy, and prepare for storytelling and class work. - 30 min: Developing Your Class Story
Write a story related to the class or group you will teach or lead. Craft your narrative to enhance your marketing and storytelling skills as you prepare to present your offerings.
Hour Two:
- 30 min: Sharing Your Story
Share your class-related story with the group, receive feedback, and refine your narrative for greater impact. - 20 min: Practice Readings
Conclude with practice readings, focusing on energy checks or refining your energy-reading abilities. Each session’s theme will evolve to challenge and expand your skills.
This structure is designed to help you build a solid foundation, develop your personal teaching and energy work, refine your creative process, and create a compelling narrative for your spiritual offerings. Each class builds on the previous one, incorporating ritual, creative processes, storytelling, and energy work for a holistic approach to teaching and personal growth. You may however choose to join a specific week if you feel prepared for that curriculum already.
