At Ground & Gold, we cherish the essence of community and healing. Our approach isn't rooted in conventional marketing strategies or corporate structures. Rather, we are a collective of compassionate intuitive healing practitioners and educators, devoted to sharing our insights and experiences in energy healing and intuitive work with the wider world.
Development and Design
The creation of this space was a labor of love and dedication, deeply enriched by the exquisite expertise and execution of Peter Roquemore and Kimberlee Cunningham. Their patient collaboration was pivotal. Also instrumental was the talented Ansley Fones, who brought her visionary touch and support during a time of true need. Together, their creativity and commitment have truly shaped G&G, and I am beyond grateful for their insight, vision, and talents.

The vibrant hand drawn and painted icons are the vision of artist Juliana Superstar (IG: @julianasuperstar) We asked for her experience and expression of a few of the energy tools used in our methodology. These delicious symbols are what she created.
Dedication
To our cherished friends, clients, families, spirit guides, and those who have transitioned from this earthly plane, we offer our deepest gratitude and reverence. This sanctuary is dedicated to you, as you continue to inspire and guide with us along this journey of healing and growth.
In loving memory of:
- My magnificent father, James H. Schiff Sr. who was invested in G&G from its earliest whispers, before its vision took shape, and throughout its transformative journey to become what it is today.
- Our dear sister and fellow intuitive healer, Kathy Flynn, who now works in the astral realm, where her power, truth, and talent continue to support and guide us.
Alongside those previously noted, it truly takes a village. The teachers at Ground & Gold and these friends have journeyed with me through an unexpected time in uncharted waters, navigating the complexities of communication, and embracing new fields with unintentional learning. They have stood by me through disappointments, frustrations, long pauses, and the need to shelve and restart creations. All the while, they have patiently and lovingly supported my personal growth, which has been a constant companion throughout this journey. I am forever grateful and deeply moved by the willingness with which each of you has given of yourselves. While words may fall short, I hope you feel the profound gratitude behind them and that it lifts you up. I also hope that those new to Ground & Gold find a divine resource within our practices and with the passionate and gifted friends included here.
Brooke Embry Artists Management, BEAM
Brooke was my first business partner. Together, we discovered the true meaning of partnership, teamwork, and how to find our roles within that dynamic. During our first business, Tidepool Reps, I learned to embrace challenges and mishaps, ask for help, and that it’s not all so serious—it's important to have fun on the ride!
Brooke's mantra is that artists can remain true to their creativity while thriving in the commercial world, and collaboration is essential to that success. Her company, BEAM, brings together a curated group of incredible individuals who embody the spirit of teamwork.

Aaron Deemer directs The Glow Fund, a UK registered charity committed to organizing and funding surgeries in China for children with serious orthopedic disabilities. Since 2005, the organization has facilitated medical missions for leading orthopedic surgeons from Stanford University’s Lucile Packard Children’s Hospital, providing over 350 life-changing operations for children suffering from conditions such as severe scoliosis, brittle bone disease, and cerebral palsy.
