Jasmine Al-Masri is an intuitive healer, fitness artist, and astrologer who has worked in a multitude of environments. Her passion over the years has led her to training and working with artists and athletes in Chicago and Los Angeles to unleash their own tools to better help them heal, challenge, and create bodies, thoughts, and ways of living that meet them in their hearts and souls. Fitness and movement has been the way she grounds and maintains her seniority. A true teacher at heart, Jasmine loves to teach and teach other teachers to help them cultivate their OWN inner seniority in order to go forth and create their own methods, businesses, and styles of working and living and interacting with the world. While she loves sculpting and strengthening our bodies' physical muscles, she looks forward to neutralizing and strengthening our seniority "muscles."
