Chaya
Chaya specializes in integrating intuitive and meditation practices with psychotherapy to promote holistic healing. She offers a compassionate, safe space for individuals and couples to resolve past traumas, enhance self-awareness, and cultivate vitality and well-being. Her extensive training includes somatic and mindfulness-based therapies, EMDR, and Internal Family Systems.
As a certified teacher of the Mindful Self-Compassion (MSC) program, Chaya has co-created the Self-Compassion for Parents and Trauma-Informed Compassion programs, highlighting the transformative power of self-compassion. Her experience as a meditation teacher—at The Den Meditation and various international settings—enriches her therapeutic practice, bridging psychology with spiritual growth.
Practicing meditation since 1997, Chaya has studied with renowned teachers such as Adyashanti, Mukti, Loch Kelly, and Dick Schwartz. This deep meditation and intuitive development enhances her ability to offer energy tools that address blockages and reclaim lost aspects of the self. Her training with the School of Intuitive Greater Healing enables her to guide clients in accessing their inner wisdom, facilitating healing, and aligning with their true purpose.
